We are stylish, modern, and natural, focusing on capturing the authentic energy of the day(s), and we work in collaboration with you to bring your personalities into the forefront of all the images.

The editing and retouching of images is kept to a minimum (unless enhanced editing is specifically requested by yourselves). This ensures that your memories match the photography captured on the day.
I work with two extremely talented photographers and videographers, and bookings will include either myself or with my team depending on your photography and videography needs.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS OR CEREMONIES HAVE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHED / VIDEOED?
On average there are 18-24 bookings per year, with the majority in between the Spring and Autumn months.

WHAT IS A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
It's common to hire a second photographer to capture candid moments of the day between family and guests, whilst your first photographer focuses on the couple. It also provides you with final images from different angles.

WHAT IS A PRE-WEDDING DAY PHOTOSHOOT?
A Pre-Wedding Day On-Location Photoshoot is a good opportunity for you to become more relaxed and natural in front of the camera as a couple, especially if being photographed is something you're not use to, or worried about. It also gives us a chance to see how well we work together ahead of your big day, and how your photos will look.

The price includes a one hour photoshoot, preferably within the grounds of the location you have booked. You will also receive 10 edited images in your online gallery.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES?
The cost of travel is included in the prices listed above. However, for anything that incurs more than two hours of travel, there may be an additional fee in the final quote to cover an overnight stay. No one wants a photography team turning up tired and stressed after a long journey.

HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE?
Wedding and Ceremony photography and videography bookings are always in demand, especially between the Spring and Autumn months. If you like the style and personality of your photographer, it's best to lock in your date(s) because we cannot guarantee that someone else will book the dates whilst you consider other options.

The first step is to contact me and arrange to meet either face to face or via Zoom/Teams to discuss your photography and/or videography needs, then I can provide you with a quote. Once you have decided to book MH Photography Weddings & Ceremonies I will send you a contract to read through and sign with a link to secure your date(s).
A 25% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your dates. This can be paid either by BACS or via the secure online card payment system (Stripe).
HOW DO I PAY?
Once you have decided upon your photography and/or videography needs and accepted the quote, a 25% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your dates. This can be paid either by BACS or via the secure online card payment system (Stripe).

The remaining balance is to be paid in full 6 weeks before the date. This can be be arranged via instalments if this is easier for yourselves, or in one final payment. Contact Mai for a more detailed chat through the payment options.
WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period by UK Law. Within this time you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel the booking after 14 days of payment, but 42 days before the booked date, you are entitled to a full refund (minus the 25% booking fee to compensate for any work we have turned down due to your booking). If you cancel within 42 days of your booked date, you are liable to pay 100% of the contact value.

I don't work alone. If for any reason one of the MH Photography Weddings & Ceremonies team falls ill or has an emergency we have and extensive network of equally talented friends and colleagues that we can call on at the last minute. So rest assured you will not be left without your booked photographer and/or videographer on the day.

This will all depend on the size, paper choice, framing options, and quantity of prints. I work with a dedicated and expert printing company therefore the quality of your prints will always be superior to that from any high street company.

This all depends on how many photos you want included, the size and orientation of the album, the type of paper you prefer, and how many extra albums you would like for family or friends.

The album will be thoughtfully curated by myself based on your image choices and style, and personally quality checked before being delivered to you within 28 days of payment.

All USB Gift Boxes are all individual and unique to you and your style. Options can be discussed before delivery.

WHEN WILL I SEE MY PHOTOGRAPHS / VIDEO?
Photographic images are available via a password protected online gallery within 10-14 days following the wedding date.

The price you see above is the price you will pay, unless your wedding or ceremony venue is more than two hours travel away, and this additional fee will be clearly discussed and stated before you agree to the quote and sign the MH Weddings & Ceremonies Contract.
The prices for additional services such as Wedding Albums and Prints are discussed with yourselves before payment and production.
